The Game Boy Final Fantasy spin off game released in Japan as “Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden” making it also the first installment of the Mana series (which later includes Secret of Mana, Legend of Mana, Sword of Mana, etc). And to add to the confusion, it was released in Europe as “Mystic Quest”.
The game follows Sumo and Fuji as they attempt to stop Dark Lord and his minion… uh… Julius… from reaching the Mana Tree and using the power of Mana to rule the world.
